Kid One Transport has started collecting old cell phones, smart phones, pdas, computers, and other electronic devices, for recycling using drop boxes at area retail locations throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas. The proceeds collected from old cell phones, smart phones, pdas, computers, and other electronic devices will be used to help Kid One fund rides to medical appointments.
Recycle Boxes have been placed in various locations throughout metro Birmingham including Mountain Brook & Edgewood Creamery, the Birmingham Race Course, the Kid One corporate office, V Richards Market, RealtySouth in Trussville, Curves in Leeds, Starbucks (Montclair Road) and The Forest Perk Coffee Shop on Clairmont Ave. South.
